Cinder partners with ROOST for open source safety.

Cinder was founded to create a safer internet - and that vision led us to develop the most powerful platform for managing and mitigating harmful content and behavior online. We deeply understand the importance of tooling to safety operations, and how difficult it can be to get the basic systems needed to stay compliant and keep users safe. This is why we are excited to announce our partnership with ROOST, Robust Open Online Safety Tools, a new non-profit to develop, maintain, and distribute open source tools for online safety. 

For years the cybersecurity market has demanded and fostered a complex, multi-layered ecosystem of vendors and open source products - and we think online safety requires a similar ecosystem. We look forward to  contributing to and utilizing ROOST-managed open source components in the future - doing so serves Cinder customers and the vision that led us to found Cinder in the first place.
